In the last decade, technology has given us the possibility to study, learn, and treat the brain in a whole different level. Neurofeedback therapy is one of the fields that is growing thanks to this evolution. Neurofeedback is a science and technology-based technique that trains and teaches the brain to self-regulate itself based on the learning process. This non-invasive, efficacious method would be a reliable alternative for medications for many diseases including ADHD, learning difficulties, anxiety, depressions and etc.
In this course, you will know the basics of brain evaluation which is called “Quantitative electroencephalogram (qEEG)”, and “Z-score Brain mapping”, and the basics of Neurofeedback therapy. But most importantly this course will help you understand if you are ready and willing to step into the future and invest your time and money to learn Neurofeedback, buy the equipment, and introduce it to your service.

Dra. Shilan has concluded her Doctorate degree in 2014, in the field of Neuroscience.
She has more than 10 years of research experience, in which the main focus has been the effect of stress on the morphology and functionality of the brain, metabolism, emotions, and behavior. Since 2015, she has been fully dedicated to studying, teaching, and performing Neurofeedback therapy.
At this moment besides being a Neurofeedback mentor, she is responsible for the analysis of the quantitative electroencephalogram (qEEG) evaluations, analysis of the Z-score brain maps, and the Neurofeedback treatment protocols and treatment plans at Neuroimprove clinic.

In my opinion, the course was essential to understand what neurofeedback is and its importance in clinical practice and in all modules the information transmitted was always easy to understand.
